  I saw another review on here mentioning price gouging and I absolutely experienced the same. I was using this office prior to them changing over under Donovan. I discovered I was paying over 75% of what I should have been paying for my vehicles and got a much better rate from progressive. As a merchant marine I go away for long periods of time so it took me some time to catch on to this situation. To top that off when I spoke to customer service representative Lisa about why my rate was so high when I was offered a smaller deductible and better coverage I was met with hostility and an attitude. Honestly when I use to call in I was always met with excellent customer service. I worked closely with a man named Eduardo who helped me out tremendously in the past. Not anymore, honestly so unprofessional and just flat out nasty. You’re better off going with any other insurance office even if you’d like to stick with Allstate. The price gouging is one thing. But the attitude is another. Take your money and spend it elsewhere. The 1 star reviews on here speak for themselves. If I could give no stars I would.

  Worst person to do taxes with who charges someone $600.00 tondo your taxes and then when you give them your new account number they send your money to an old account that’s closed 2nd year In a row this has been done to me and then tells me to call the irs to try and get it back knowing he’s the one that is suppose to do it because he filed my taxes and took his money unbelievable I don’t recommend nobody do deal with Donavan Nieta I trusted him wholeheartedly and once again you fail me and no concern nor consideration the nerve of you to tell me at the end of the call Goodluck and leaving me to do what fend for myself on top of what you took from me crook leaving this in gods hands.
