  During the first 2 weeks Alison received 10-15 different communication (calls and emails) and she was extremely patience and professional. She helped us secure a great rate while ensuring we're in compliance. What truly stood out was her commitment in solving the issue. There were instances we thought all is good, then to learn that's not the case. I remember making numerous calls for small adjustments, process a few minutes later (I even remember her phone extension). Thanks again Alison for your support!   I really feel it’s necessary to acknowledge a fantastic agent. Long story short, I hadn’t even heard from anyone at my old agency in over 5 years. Kelly Brantley reached out when she took over my account, immediately reached out just to introduce herself and ask about my needs. My insurance was drastically reduced and the customer service went from non existent to TOP notch. She’s ALWAYS there to answer and is extremely helpful and patient. Thank you Kelly! Sincerely
