I would not recommend this office when shopping for new insurance. They are not an expert in this field and does not look out for your best interest. After getting a quote snd paying down payment and even receiving insurance cards, Jenny tells me 3 weeks later that carrier is canceling my policy. Their process does not work with their carriers and their customers are not their top priority. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time and money. Do yourself a favor, go directly through an insurance company and not a broker!!
