They know our history and always looking out for us value and coverage wise. I never feel as if I am a bother.
- MEMS ENCMay 19, 20231.0Allstate has horrible customer service!! I would never use this insurance company again. Please stay away!! Allstate Insurance is not willing to pay out your claim when you submit a valid estimate regarding repairs. Customer service with Allstate is lazy and incompetent. The Allstate agent Robin Poirier at this location is never available, lacks customer service skills and unwilling to close open claims. He is never in his office. His secretary does all the work!! I had to take Allstate to court to get my claim resolved.
