- CCcensere6 days ago1.0I’m a New Customer My Agent is Alisha when I initially started looking for emergency new coverage she was helpful but I mean she got me a quote for 298 just liability when I was just paying 311 for full coverage through progressive. She was communicating with me at first to receive the first payment but then I just had to jump through loopholes to pay my insurance before my due date. She sent me over ID Cards with no policy number she didn’t provide me with information so I can call the insurance company and pay my bill myself I had to speak to another agent which said she didn’t know why Alisha was ignoring me because she’s been at work all week. Overall this experience has been terrible for me I have severe anxiety and this has not helped me at all. I don’t recommend freeway just find your own insurance on your own .
