We dealt with Sean Hill at Allstate for a quote on Homeowners Insurance. Sean was very courteous, polite and extremely helpful. Communication was great…He was patient, answered all of our questions and returned our phone calls promptly. I highly recommend dealing with Sean at Allstate.
I have been with Allstate for 3 years now. I originally made the switch from GEICO due to them constantly raising my insurance. Since being with Allstate I have not had that issue. Mt original rep is no longer with Frank Bruno and team, so over this summer I had a issue with something that showed up with my policy. I wasn’t sure how this was going to turn out especially once you’re comfortable with your agent, and now you have to speak to a new one it can be unsettling. I spoke with a few different members of the team but one in particular stood out above them all. Once I spoke to Venitta all that stress came right off my back. She put in the extra time to accommodate me due to my scheduling which most people wouldn’t, she was running numbers giving me the possible outcome of things if we can’t get things switched back to what my normal was. She also stated she’s going to deep dive into information and policy stuff to make sure I was happy and ok with everything. I explained to her me being an essential worker/ first responder I know time is everything and i appreciate all of the time your giving especially since my communication windows were tight. She was able to find a resolution to my issue from all her hard work and gave me her word come September if things changed the moment they do she will handle it. Friday September 4th I got a notification of a policy change something we expected and new may happen and here I Am September 8th after a holiday weekend satisfied that she kept true to her word. Not only did she do her job she went above and beyond it. Me waking up to that email from her with everything being handled was a load off my back and knowing I have someone competent, committed, and true to their word means everything. We don’t always get a person on the other line or in person like her. Easily the best and most trust worthy agent/rep I’ve had to work with in my 17 years behind the wheel thank you Venitta.

Venitta Jagroo is such a pleasure to work with. I cannot stress enough how efficiently and professionally she accomplishes all the insurance tasks at our requests. She responds to our insurance questions with precision and accuracy. Is very hands on, and basically makes my insurance renewals very easy to complete. Please GIVE HER A RAISE. Venitta is very deserving of being nominated as employee of the year in my book.
