I could not have been happier to receive her introductory email and a quote for 6mo coverage matching my current coverage levels and adding a few extras. Shelby was very helpful and was never pushy or aggressive like other insurance agents. Oh, yeah- the savings?? $200.00+ every 6 mo. My previous carrier? StateFarm - an office in Geneva who hasn't been responsive at all to multiple emails I have sent them. At this point, who cares? I am sticking with Shelbyand Peake Assc. Patti
