  My senior citizen parents used her agency, and I reached out after noticing their rates seemed high. It appeared the pricing was elevated due to inaccurate information related to usage. While she was pleasant during our initial call, she ultimately wasn’t helpful in resolving the issue or finding a solution. If you’re not knowledgeable about insurance, I would be cautious about working with her, as the experience felt more focused on cost than client support. Unfortunately, one of my parent’s policies was canceled in error as a result of her handling of the situation, and this was done without notice, creating significant issues for us. I attempted to follow up both before and after this occurred, but never received a response. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

  My husband met with Lilly yesterday and he told me how professional she was and how she had his best interest in mind. She was very detailed oriented and went over all the ins and out easily. She is very knowledgeable and I’ll be recommending her to our family and friends!

  Im a customer of 2yrs. and glad to say. Lilly is a blessing to the auto insurance business. She is professional very knowledgable, personable and reassuring. Lilly shows she has my best interest in mind when we all times by updating me about current events and cost effectivity that can enhance my experience. Overall Lilly is invaluable and has exceeded my expectations . I highly recommend her.. God's Blessings
