  Kathy is our agent and she goes above and beyond for our business. She has helped us countless times, even while on vacation (sorry, Kathy!). I can't recommend her services enough.

  Sadly I've not been very impressed with my experience thus far. I just called to open a new homeowners policy at the end of February with Kathy. I made sure to let her know that I'm on disability and wanted my auto payments taken out at the beginning of the month as that's when I receive my monthly payment & I have a couple bills already that come out at the end of the month. Well my bank account has now bounced twice including today bc the payments are coming out at the end of the month!! After the first time it happened I called my homeowners insurance company directly to see what was going on & was told my policy would have to be canceled & done over so I called & spoke to Tanya about it & she said that wasn't the case & she was going to contact them & fix it for me. I also asked if she'd email me with the new dates & amounts as I like to have printed copies in case they're needed. As far as I know none of this was ever done bc here I am today with a bounced account again & I have to pay an additional $15 fee twice now for something that never should've happened to begin with!! Don't worry about trying to "fix" it again, I've already taken care of it & will be dealing with my policy directly now!! #nomiddlemanneeded
