- CRCaleb Richards2 days ago5.0My previous State Farm agent messed up my policy when I added a new car, and my bill just went through the roof over the course of a few months. I caught it after transferring to Nick's office when I added renters insurance. As soon as I brought it to his teams attention, they got right on top of it, and have been going through the whole process of fixing my billing and keeping me updated regularly. Special shout to Serenity for handling this and providing excellent customer service the whole time.
