He explained that they specialize in the pest control industry, truly understand our needs, and could provide better pricing and coverage. Since making the switch, I haven’t looked back. We’ve been in lockstep with them ever since. They are incredibly easy to work with and consistently responsive to our needs.

Over time, the company became increasingly difficult to work with and unprofessional. They went behind my back and sent incorrect information, and I received emails that felt more like intimidation than customer service. They also failed to send important documentation even after I requested it multiple times. Despite presenting themselves as a reputable company, my experience was the opposite—poor communication, lack of transparency, and unnecessary stress. After seven years, this is not how a customer should be treated. I would not recommend them. Do yourself a favor and find another company.
