  I dealt with Olivia who was a fast talker and threw “Annual” numbers and “6-month” numbers and then “monthly” numbers at me to confuse me! After numerous calls I said that I will think about it. Then next thing I know they start charging my account. Yes, I gave them my account numbers but never authorized any transfer or said that it was a “Go”. I NEVER docusigned and never authorized the start of withdrawal! I called her and said shut it down and I never authorized a withdrawal. She said ok and the next thing I know my account has a “pending” withdrawal! Oh no you don’t! I closed the account and called the bank BUT THE MONEY WAS TAKEN through MY OVERDRAFT! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Now I’m fighting to get my money back. They are crooked and dishonest! RUN PEOPLE, BEFORE YOU’RE SCAMMED AS WELL! I’ve never dealt with people like this before and never will again. It’s a scam, auto is only 6 months so that they can jack the price in six months instead of waiting for a year! Allstate, I never authorized the transfer so please return my money ASAP!

  Showed no support when an elderly loyal customer was being taken advantage of by a crooked claims adjuster. Shame on Allstate.

  Annalise Tomano and her staff members are amazing. Since I switched over it has been a great experience.. I was assisted in the whole process on a timely manner, my car insurance and home insurance Simultaneously, without any problems so absolutely awesome.   Annalisa Romano's agency offers exceptional customer service. They treat you like royal!! Her Agency responds promptly to inquiries and customer questions quickly. They are never pushy during sales and followups, offer competitive rates, and is a attentive to the needs of their customers. The owner is hands on and trains the team to be like minded. I left Geico immediately upon discovering AllState Insurance of Fishkill. Want a better value use their bundle pricing.
