The communication channel between Allstate offices and the headquarters/central office is poor and there is no communication. This might be more on a company issue than a satellite office. Either way, go with another provider who can clearly communicate with plans are changing or being altered (we had issues with both our home and auto). If I could give negative stars, I would

Owner was rude and the female associate groaned that I called because she was "ready to leave and now have to handle this"...Then proceeded to hang up on me because I took too long to retrieve info for her. Never a good experience when calling this agency.
