- ACAnn ConnollyMar 19, 20261.0Nightmare. They made an error when writing the policy. It wasn't caught by us. Then when a claim was filed they don't want to pay it for a landlord's policy even though they collected premiums for 34 years. Sloppy work that is costly in this office. never again. Two other policies correct, they goofed on third.
