DJ was the person who greeted me at the door who impressed me from the very start with his customer service skills and mannerism. What of the most important auto concerns we had was when my daughter had a car accident and his calming voice, peacefully walked us through the process where we knew we were in the best hands. , He has been consistent with his professionalism and prompt attention and knowledge, and is a great asset to the Statefarm organization.

I reached out for an auto insurance quote while purchasing my first new car, and from beginning to end he was patient, transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What impressed me most was his honesty. When State Farm’s quote wasn’t competitive with another company, Tra never pressured me or tried to convince me to purchase a policy that didn’t make financial sense. Instead, he encouraged me to make the best decision for myself. He even offered to reviewed the policy for me at no charge and took the time to point out specific coverages I should make sure I had so that I would be properly protected! That level of integrity and customer service is rare. I never felt like I was just a potential sale; I felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure I made an informed decision. He even offered to reconnect with me in the future when I have more insurance history and State Farm may be able to offer me a more competitive rate. I will absolutely be reaching back out to Tra when it’s time for me to shop for insurance again. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and actually puts the customer first, I highly recommend him. 10/10 experience!
