For my home policy, they were super honest and let me know that what I had was better than what they could offer, but they offered other very competitive policies for the other policy types we were looking for. Her team is very kind and professional, and they go above and beyond with assessing needs. They make the switch easy, which I was very nervous about. Nothing beats just getting a quote with them and then you can make your decision thereafter. They don't put any unnecessary pressure on you! Thankful for Nicole's state farm and what they've offer, as well as their communication has been impeccable. 🫶 lackluster communication from another provider was why I was looking for it a switch in the first place.
