Cons : After been told by associate that completion of an AARP driver safety class would be resulting in a premium discount around 10%, never heard back from associate but just received an automated generic response from Allstate Corp stating that our premium has been adjusted. At a closer look at the paperwork turned out premium hasn’t changed AT ALL ! Bottom Line : associate didn’t do due diligence resulting in wasting me and my partner 8 hours of our life + $ 40
