  I had an outstanding experience with the team at State Farm Mike Whitford’s office, especially Ashley. I had several questions about my policy, and she answered every one of them quickly, thoroughly, and in a way that was easy to understand. She took the time to explain all of my options and helped me choose what was best for my specific situation instead of trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about making sure you understand your coverage and feel confident in your decisions. Ashley’s professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer service made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend Mike Whitford’s State Farm office to anyone looking for honest advice and exceptional service!

  If you ever come across Ashlee and Judy, you would be so lucky! They are absolutely the nicest and so helpful! But then again, everyone I have ever dealt with at State Farm is! For example, as proof that you should choose State Farm… I was in a really bad car accident a month ago, and they were on top of everything! EVERYTHING! Rental, phone calls, help… you name it, they were there! Then, when I bought a new car, they did everything to make the transition easy and painless! Thank you for being the best insurance company I have ever had! I will never go anywhere else!

  This is the worst State Farm office I have ever worked with aside from the company itself. I have had State Farm for several years in both Arizona and Nevada. My rates jumped from $208 a month to $264 a month. When I was finally able to reach someone to ask why, I was given no explanation. Only that Marcella should have told me that my rates were going up. Never heard a word from her. In fact I haven't spoke with her in 2 years since I added this vehicle to my policy. Good bye State Farm. Worst customer service by far.

  Diana was the agent that helped me today and I can tell you not only was she extremely patient but understanding she did everything she possibly could to help me get a lower rate instead of charging me extra like progressive does I was a great customer for them I was never late on my payments and they just didn’t really care or give me The best options nor did they help me lower my bill. She got me two extra policies added for the amount that I was paying at progressive and I’m still paying cheaper if not the same amount on full coverage so I’m extremely happy overall so far with them thank you again! Thanks Diana !
