I expected it would take a couple of days to sort out. I received a call from Ashley within 2hrs telling me the problem was fixed and the concerns I had were delt with. Thank you Ashley you were great.

Then I got connected with Ashlee, and she completely changed my experience. She was incredibly friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. She took the time to go through every aspect of my insurance policy, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of before the call ended. Because of the customer service Ashlee provided, I decided to stay with State Farm. That says a lot. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Ashlee is a perfect example of that.
