  Thank you so much !! Freeway Insurance ! With Basica auto insurance You were so kind thank you for helping me when no one else would with the price on my car insurance. My policy cancelled and had to get a new policy it would have been soo much in increase elsewhere i felt nobody cared aside from having a clean driving record no tickets driving for 30 years everyone else offered triple The price insurance like statefarm and i was with them for many years ! They honestly did not care i seriously was just a number how sad ! I appreciate your hard work! Haweo Otsuka Fernandez you are the best ! very professional ! Detail oriented does not pressure you tries hard to find you the best deal ! For your budget Listens to your needs and addresses them! He has gone above and beyond when nobody else did i got a quote from 2 other places with just bad news Good job! Haweo Thank you! So much !

  I want to shout out Marisa for her patience and great service. I was super stressed because my insurance lapsed without me knowing (different agency). Marisa saved the day and was able to help with the SR22 and even with accepting a tricky payment. Can’t thank her enough. Hope the managers know she’s a great employee and an asset!
