  I don’t know if we got lucky or if all the agents are equally as awesome as Marisa. Marisa was exceptionally outstanding and got us the best rates possible nearly cutting our insurance rates in half and probably for a better policy when it comes to roadside assistance. We were disappointed with our previous insurance policy, by the time we walked out, Marisa made us feel special. Thank you Marisa for going above and beyond.

  Marisa is absolutely amazing! She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything about my insurance and coverage. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she truly made me feel like she cared about finding the best option for me. Her customer service is outstanding, and it was such a pleasure working with her.   I dont even know where to begin, when it comes to describing how amazing Marisa Rodriquez is. When it comes to finding the best policy, Marisa did!. When it comes to building a great bundle like roadside assistance etc. Marisa did!. When it comes to understanding what you are paying for and coverage, Marisa did!. When it comes to helping with the DMV, auto payments, coverage lap, going above and beyond, Marisa did! And super seeded all expectations. Also Marisa will stay on the phone with you as long as it takes to get you the best auto insurance in town. I could not be more grateful and loyal to my insurance agent Marisa Rodriquez. I just hope that everyone could find their own version of Marisa or better yet just go to freeway insurance and ask for Marisa Rodriquez. You will not be disappointed I promise you.
