    The office changed ownership, without notification to customers. if you knew the office would be changing, why wasn't customer's notified at least 30 days prior. i have always had a great relationship with the previous employees and i always walked in to pay. So within my 30 day time frame of making a payment, owners changed, services changed, employees changed and they are complete new insurance company. BAD SERVICE WHEN YOU DON'T ADVISE. YOU CALL THE NUMBER AND THE SERVICE IS BAD.

    Went to the office. Lights were on. Door was locked. No one was there. And it was 1:20pm. Waited for 10 min. And nothing. Called. And for the run around. Got frustrated and hung up.
