  I cannot say enough good things about Arnie. When my mom needed help with her insurance, he went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. From the very first conversation, the customer service was outstanding. Arnie took the time to listen carefully, explain everything in plain language, and make sure my mom felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. He was patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about finding the right solution for her situation. What stood out most was how proactive and helpful Arnie was—always following up, answering questions quickly, and never making us feel like just another client.   Not happy with my agent, Christian. He quoted me a price for adding a car onto my policy, which my purchase of this additional car was contingent upon. After I agreed to purchase the car and called him back to purchase the policy, he still quoted this price until literally the last few minutes of the call, when he gave me the actual price- approximately twice the cost he initially stated, which was actually the price for just one car. When I expressed my unhappiness, he very lackadaisically stated that he "just wanted to make sure" I knew the actual price as if he was going the extra mile or doing me some type of favor by giving me the price of what I was buying from him. This guy really sucked.
