But agent, Eric Keas was outstanding, from the moment I called to file the claim, to his unbelievable help with removing the car from our policy and the finer details of cancelling the registration (that was a new one on me). He was so kind, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He really made a sad situation tolerable. Also a "shout out" to Vanessa Snell who also was very helpful with this process. These are the folks behind the scenes that continue to make my experiences with Allstate positive!
