Phone often not answered, long response time with getting answers to questions, agent never in the Carson City office, etc. I have physically walked in to the office and still been unable to get answers. The receptionist says "I'm sorry" all the time and never makes an effort to find the answer. The paperwork that State Farm sent out specifically said "if you are satisfied with your current coverage as shown on the attached Declarations, you need do nothing further." But then they add more coverages that I didn't want. I kept asking and re-asking about the wording and was unable to get an answer. I have had State Farm for many, many years and my previous agent made sure his employees were adequately trained and they were always able to answer questions. The agent was also easily accessible. Guess that is too. much to ask from this office.
