Crystal with Freeway insurance is amazing, excellent customer service, HOWEVER SHE HAS NO HELP! She runs that office by herself, there is always a line and no one wants to wait that long! Maybe Freeway should hire someone to help her at least take payments. That might eleviate some of the headache for her and for us the customer.
