  Knowledgeable assistants and owner. Helpful in looking for savings, yearly or otherwise Always available, Mon through Fri. No policy cancels in fire zones when other insurances are doing so. Have been with Farm Bureau since 4/2017 .

  Robin Prudencio is the best insurance agent I have ever had! She has guided me through bundling home and auto while looking out to make sure I have good coverage for my needs. Robin has encouraged cost savings such as: low mileage savings, she assisted me with contacting the right staff when I was away from home and trying to pay a bill. Her office space is always gracious and comfortable, staff are helpful too! When I was in the process of getting a new to me car Robin was right there with the insurance information I needed to process the car loan. She has consistently gone above and beyond looking out for her clients. I am grateful that Robin is my insurance agent! She has also been great with my neighbors when they consult ed her with their insurance needs.

  I inquired about getting my home insured through this company. They asked for over 200 dollars right away to start with them. I never signed ANYTHING agreeing that I wanted to be with this company, and I get bills in the mail telling me I have to pay for coverage that I never agreed with. I literally signed 0 papers. I don’t get how you can charge someone for coverage when I never agreed with it. I looked at other insurance companies and found much better and less expensive. I wasn’t able to afford the money to start the insurance so I didn’t want to go through them, and decided to go with a company that doesn’t ask for all that money up front. I’m 22, I’m in college. I can’t afford that money up front, but thanks for charging me that money that I now can’t afford STILL. I just won’t eat or something.
