  The whole staff has been great to me. They gave me the lowest car insurance out of anyone and they always keep me informed if I can get a lower rate. Plus they are all so nice and great to me. I recommend everyone give Sophia and her staff a call.

  Yes, Santa Claus must insure the sleigh, just as you must insure your vehicle! We contacted Mark on Friday afternoon after we moved to Albuquerque from Omaha, NE. We needed renters insurance and auto insurance. We wanted a local agent, not a place with a phone number in ABQ but an office in Texas or Arizona! I spoke to Mark and over the course of Friday afternoon until Saturday mid-afternoon, we must have spoken a dozen times. I am not your typical insurance customer as I know exactly what I want, what companies i want bids from and I care more about service than dollars. But price matters, too. Mark prepared the bids I wanted with the deductibles and added extras I care about and we finalized the policy a few minutes ago. It is so much more important to have an agent who knows your neighborhood better than you do! He knows more about crime rates and averages than you do. His office is just a few blocks from where I live and he was totally prepared with the policies I needed and the companies I wanted to deal with. Sometimes you just don't go with the cheapest policy because for $30-60 more a year you have better service. Mark knows this.
