  I have been an Allstate customer for over 30 years, I started with Tim Porter and when he retired Allen Sturtevant took over the office. I have struggled with Allen's business model over the years as he is far removed from his customers. Recently I was prepared to move my policies to another office but I changed my mind because of my interactions with Anneibell. I found Anneibell to be professional, patient, and she has exceptional communications skills. I give three stars to Allen's business model but I give Anneibell five stars! Be well, Neil
