  I first met John through my brother Joe about 15 years ago who suggested I use John for all my insurance needs and after talking with him, I knew that I found a home for years to come and it was the best decision that I ever made. He is a very friendly, personable, caring and knowledgeable professional. What I like the best about John is that he always takes the time to talk to you personally and answers all your questions, no matter how many you have or how long it takes. I have always dealt directly with him unlike other companies where you could get a different person every time you call or they only correspond through emails. He goes out of his way to give you that one-on-one personal touch. He is constantly working behind the scenes on your behalf. Unlike other companies, John continually researches insurance plans to see how he can save you money and then contacts you without being asked. He truly cares about you and your family and he takes the time to learn about what is best for your situation and after all these years, I consider John a friend.
