  I have known Glenn for a couple of years when I finally got sick and tired of my old insurer (Liberty Mutual). I had been with them since 1985 and they had all of my business. My “agent” had been gone for years in one of their mergers. I had no one who knew me, and I felt as if I was being overcharged. I called and was told that I was getting their best price. I spoke with Glenn, sent him all of my policies, and thought I’d have a long wait until he got back to me. Well, that wait was less than 24 hours! Just on my auto policy alone, I saved $6,000. Can you imagine my feelings at being overcharged $6,000 on one policy? It was absolutely ridiculous. I also saved on a renters policy, home policy, and my umbrella policy! Glenn has been there every step of the way - even making a suggestion that saved me another 10% on my auto policy. Glenn is ready to talk, and is available - something I appreciate. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks, Glenn!

  I try the number and it routes me to a general customer service. They refused to transfer me to Potolsky's office, refused to tell me my deductible. They filed the claim for me over the phone but said I'd have to wait up to 3 biz days to hear from an adjuster who could give me all the info about my policy. Lazy, incompetent, and now they're not even taking directly calls.
