THIS IS NOT A 5 Star Business!!
Reply to the reply… Zach from your office churned my account and replaced it with another policy that is $1680 more expensive to get more money from me which is illegal! I paid the amount on the other policy and that is why you still owe me money in the form of two checks I paid to the original policy! I asked him to go to underwriting three times and reinstate my other policy since there was proof of payment and he ignored all requests so he would get paid more! The increase in cost was because of the lapse in coverage that your office and Zach caused!
And when I got upset that no one in your office contacted me after months of multiple attempts, you said not to call your office, when you knew you were in the wrong. Then proceeded to give me bullshit numbers to call when I wanted to resolve my issue and report your office for unethically churning my account! And on top of all that they still haven’t sent me the checks they owe me from payment to my first policy. I understand this is not a lot of money but it’s the ethics and principle that’s the point!
This was not the only issue and breech of trust! I will be reporting your office to your compliance and the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. So it wasn’t that you couldn’t help me to my satisfaction. It was that your office was crooked and you denied responsibility and cut communication!
How would you feel if you had to pay $1680 extra a year in insurance and no one calls you back to help or resolve the issue? Then gives you a 800 number and says do it yourself? When they caused the problem?
AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS. THEY ARE CROOKED INSURANCE DEALERS IN THIS OFFICE!!!
