  If only you weren't an Allstate agent. No where on the letter you sent me does it state that dreaded name. The price you put in the letter for coverage is so not worth if you ever have to use it. Sorry.

  Raquel was extremely helpful and professional. However, Allstate is not the best when it comes to being straight forward .Their pricing on quotes rely on many discounts that may not apply to you when it's time to sign up. What seems to be a good price can quickly change, so beware!!

  So I forgot to change my credit card info and nobody called me but I got email - update your payment info - so I did - next bill comes by and is 20$ higher then last month ,so I didn't wait - called different insurance company ,came out $40 cheaper ,called Jennifer Ward office and guess what - she wants to know what is my new policy number etc - ITS NOT YOUR BUSINESS ! so she won't cancel my policy - going thru corporate - will see what happens

  Jill @ Allstate has been amazing to work with! Our transition from leaving our other insurance company and bundling our home and auto went so smooth saving us a lot of money! Jill is very professional and we are so grateful for the time she spent putting our insurance together!
