  Make the call! I highly recommend John and his team for anyone dealing with a homeowners insurance claim. This was my first insurance claim after living in my home for almost 20 years, and I was struggling to get any answers from my insurance company. They were able to advocate for me and get the settlement I deserved. They took the time to explain everything, answered questions, and helped make a difficult situation much easier to manage. Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were greatly appreciated. My only regret is not calling them sooner.

  John Moore and his staff worked tirelessly to settle two separate claims for me (with two different insurance companies). In both cases he was able to obtain 92.6% and 41.9% more than both the original offers from the companies. It took several months of A LOT of work on their part dealing with the bureaucratic insurance companies but they got it done! And then some! He left no stone unturned! I’m so very grateful for John’s diligence, his experience and his professionalism. It was a relief to be able to hand over these giant insurance headaches to a trusted organization to be my advocate.   After extensive water damage affected our home, we contacted Garden State Public Adjusters for help. The water started in our full bathroom and traveled down into the kitchen, damaging the cabinetry and flooring before continuing into the basement. In total, four or five rooms were affected. John Moore and his team carefully documented all of the damage, prepared a detailed estimate, reviewed our insurance coverage, and negotiated directly with our insurance company. It took two separate offers before the claim was fully resolved, and John and his staff stayed on top of everything throughout the process.
