    My auto insurance was canceled by Allstate when they did not run the automatic credit card payment but lied and said they did. I was a customer for 27 years. Chase Bank confirmed that no attempted payment was made. They refused to rescind the termination, falsely reported this as a lapse on public records, and prevented me from obtaining auto insurance from another carrier who required six months of continuous coverage with no lapse. I will pursue damages in court. Appalling behavior from an untrustworthy company.

    Always increasing the prices with some excuse. I was never able to get them on the phone, and I tried many times. Disappointing!!
