  reposting due to privacy concerns. My public name is “redacted user info” for a reason and to respond to my previous review using my legal name, when not required proves my point about this Agency, not respecting their clients wishes. My experience: I have had a pretty “okay” experience over the years (previously gave them 4 stars) but they are starting to give a not-so-good experience. Being there so long, i would think that their agents would have more knowledge and provide better service but recently, when i ask for something to be done like a refund, cancellation, address change or contact preference change it’s never done right the first time or it’s not done at all. I always have to call back or they contact me. Then they cant go back and fix it without “proof”…so I would suggest to record phone calls with them or ask for email/mail confirmation of changes and after every call. I have my contact preferences set to email so i get all my billing reminders by email & renewal notices via mail. I randomly started getting texts/SMS from them, asking for my new address!? I find this annoying because they randomly aren’t respecting my contact preferences and it’s unprofessional to text me asking for Personal Identifiable Information (PII). When I called about this concern, Hollie was dismissive and not empathetic. There was no apology or accountability …instead she tried to justify her texts because her coworker texted me a payment reminder (not asking for any personal info). Prior to this, the new girl I have dealt with Gianna, never answers the phone when it’s only her there and she doesn’t take accountability when she makes mistakes or tells me inaccurate info. Idk if she is still there and I wasnt going to write a bad review based on the bad experiences I had with her but now Im seeing a trend of 0 empathy or accountability from Sammie and his Agents and it’s disappointing. After being with them for some years, Im finding I may have to look elsewhere for a new agent or a new insurance co.
