We were switched to the Bernardsville office which I have not had much contact with until last week when an urgent matter arose. I contacted Frantz's office and was met with one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and courteous individuals I've had the pleasure of interacting with, Jennifer B. Jennifer patiently walked me through each step of a process that was completely new to me. We encountered a small obstacle so rather than keep me on the line, Jennifer promised to address it and call me back ASAP. Not much longer after that, Jennifer called like she said she would, and everything was resolved. Jennifer is a gem, and State Farm is lucky to have someone who is willing to treat clients like friends. Thank you, Jennifer!
