  Peter Bickford has been a wonderful asset to our live's. From commercial to residential insurance and also just being a great person to chat with. He makes you feel heard, taken care of and like you made a new friend. One of the best parts, you will speak to the same few people everytime you call the office. No answering service or bots. Just trustworthy, professional, and familiar voices. Highly recommend Peter and his team!

  We have had with Allstate since November 1988 and dint find any difficulties with communicating on our claims in the past . Good policy coverage we need and they paid well after we claimed our issue(s) have had such as ice dam damage on the soffits ( edge of the roof) caused water damages & minor auto damage from inclement weather conditions on icy roads.

  I want to share my recent very positive interaction with these folks. They took the time on the phone to go through with me all of my policies and found ways I could save some money and still get better coverage in the end! Highly recommend!
