  We have had Ryan as our insurance agent for many years now and he's always been honest, understanding and there for us when we need him.

  I was only a client of Ryan’s for a short time, but during that period I had made a hail claim that did quite a lot of damage to my property. At the same time, we were quickly approaching the renewal date for my policy. He missed the original time we had set to discuss renewing, and then called me out of the blue to discuss it. I don’t have an issue with that in particular, the issue was constantly interrupting my questions about the claim I had to talk down to me about the basics of insurance and kept circling back to renewing instead of answering literally any questions about my hail claim. So, I had to reach out to other Farm Bureau offices to resolve my issues. The cherry on top is that I specifically told him, I will let you know if I want to renew with you. Go figure, a week or two later I get charged from Farm Bureau and it has been 11 days and still no refund.

  Ryan became a friend/ business partner and then my wife and I decided to go with him for insurance. Initially, we only had additional life insurance through him, but when we moved last year we looked at our overall coverage and made the switch. There are a lot of unknowns with insurance and we wanted to make sure that we had someone that we could trust. Ryan is that guy! If we have a question he's available and he really makes sure to do what's best for you. We never felt pressured to make any decision. The fact that he gives each client a list of questions to answer so that he can find out what is important to them shows his commitment to tailoring a package that is in line with your goals. We're happy to put our trust in Ryan!

  Ryan is always there for me whenever I need a new product for my business, or just need a print out of my car insurance. He is very personable and professional and does a great job.
