- MRMatt RobinsonSep 20, 20241.0Would highly recommend using a different All State Office. Very frustrated with how we were treated as paying customers from the moment they answered the phone. They didn't have any answers we needed and were quite accusative when their role is to be a local voice to help answer our questions. We called a national line who solved the problem immediately. We will likely be switching to a new insurance company because of how we have been treated by this office.
