  Huge gaps in the coverage. Bad communication. There’s a lot of places that you could go that are better than this, and that’s saying something since it’s insurance. Edit: I was a customer and you’re terrible and now lying to people reading your review. Sounds like something you would do.

  My family's been working with Greg since before I could drive so of course he was who insured me at 16 when I could first drive. Has always worked to get me a good rate but the attention to you as more than just another customer is what has stood out over the years. I made the mistake of choosing an online offer that seemed too good to be true and when I needed them to be there they weren't like Greg was. Over the years I've found affordable with someone you can count on is more important than cheapest. Throughout the years he's provided me with car insurance, motorcycle insurance, renters insurance, homeowners policy, business insurance and I don't even know how many countless commercial real estate and investment properties he helped me get insured throughout the years. He's been there on the commercial side of things at 2 in the morning when we had an unfortunate apartment fire (don't use a charcoal grill on a wood balcony!) and gone to bat to get claims covered as they should've been when carriers were hesitant. Now that VanderVorst Insurance has grown to include his sons who grew up around the business you can see the same attention to his clients from them.
