He is always looking out for me. Recently, a large piece of scrap metal that was laying in the off ramp from I-80 flew into my windshield. It caused a huge crack in it. I thought I was going to have to pay for a new windshield because the cost was less than my deductible. But Mitchell informed me that he had added a full glass coverage to my car, so I can get it fixed at no charge! Thanks to him I just saved $580+tax!
