  Poor communicator and terrible customer service. Back when there was a severe hailstorm, we were quoted an adjustment amount. Turned out that the repair estimates for our roof and siding were twice what we were quoted. We were not able to pay the extra amount so we fixed what we could on our own. Since Mr. Sostad never contacted us directly we did not know that we could submit the remaining amount needed to properly fix our siding and roof.

  Seth was great to work with. He walked us through multiple plans and even helped us compare other quotes we were given. He helped us choose the best plan that fit our needs and budget.

  We appreciate greatly the work each person at the Insurance Connection office to find the best and most affordable policies. It's getting a bit difficult to find that easily. When things get rough, they help us see our way for the best options.

  We had struggled with finding an insurnace for our house and vehicles that we could afford. We were recommended Seth Svoboda and we have not been happier. He not only got us insurance that we could afford, but also has the best customer service that we have ever encountered. We were broke down on the interstate this spring and we called Seth and he made sure we were taken care of. We are so grateful to this kind of service. Great company and service.
