They even called proactively to check in after the tornado that hit northwest Omaha! Lovely people to do business with!

First when I questioned the person who we thought was our agent, I was given snark and condescension in her email. Then suddenly we're told we have a new agent. Fine. We have been trying to get a hold of someone to explain to us the process of what is going to happen and we keep getting the brush off. I'm extremely angry because we keep getting told that it's in the 'storm team's hands' NO IT'S NOT! YOU CAN ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR POLICY. This does not give me confidence that we will be taken care of. So on top of the stress of my house being destroyed, I have to deal with condescending or just non communicating agents.
