  The lady I spoke with over the phone wasn’t very helpful. I wanted to cancel my auto policy. I live in Williston, she said I had to drive the 2 hours or fax a letter of cancellation. I went through a different insurance company and she tried to cancel my policy through them to try and get me to sign up through their agency. So she told me she’d call them and cancel my policy and redo it there, ummm no? I have everything set up with the new insurance company. I was so frustrated. I just needed help & info on cancelling my policy.

  Saving $1240 a year and got a better plan by not going through this Agency. I found out my fiance has been paying $873 every 6 months on her 1996 Monte Carlo. Her policy includes the bare minimum of liability coverage, no comprehensive or collision. She's been paying over $1600 a year for the WORST liability Progressive offers. When I checked the same car under my policy, with her as the driver, it was $324 for their BEST plan with collision and comprehensive. I'm new to Progressive, whereas she's had them for over 2 years, though she had an accident 3 years ago. Update 7/12/2017: I went in to talk with Pat, the owner, about this major problem and he passed blame to the fact my fiance was in an accident years ago, then passed blame that it wasn't progressive direct. The only helpful thing he offered to do was get us quotes for All State. I was interrupted almost every time I spoke, and I had to tell Pat to stop speaking over me. I added my fiance to my plan, with the record of her accident included, and got comprehensive and collision for $250 every 6 months, saving over $1240 a year and getting a better plan. Stay far, far, far away and sign up for your own plans online.

  They weren't friendly when I went in but they're the only place in town. I got a new car. The lied and said they changed my policy information. Crooks and cheats.
