  The guys are great but I must say Joan weninger is not the most professional person in my opinion. She took two personal calls while me and my boyfriend were in to get his insurance switched to a new vehicle (and taking personal calls while you have customers in is not ok) and not only that she was rude a couple of times as well. Otherwise great company.

  If your from another state and expect excellent customer service here. They do not teach or require it for work. just saying. I have been with this company for years and they has always come through. If you buy cheap insurance, you get what you pay for. They are good people to work with. If you had a bad experience, that is on you. Everyone has a bad day and nobody is perfect.
