  Hi folks, my name is Tonia Lewis. It’s wrong up top there. I did My Google account a long time ago anyways this is the best insurance company I have ever had.Everyone there is so nice and personable and helpful. I have been with many insurance companies before this, They don’t even come close to the personal touch that you get from this particular, State Farm. Greg is the nicest agent ever and so helpful and all the ladies are the nicest folks, I don’t think of them as insurance people I think of them as friends, And you will too! They will even give you a call If you need a payment reminder! And no matter what they will find a way to make things work for you and get you what you need for the right price. If you ever have any issues accidents, anything they’re right on top of it ready to help you and get you right back on track right on the road!

  I moved to NC from FL and transferred my state farm insurance here. When i went to get my NC driver’s license the other day (it is June) Florida had suspended it without notifying me. Im always told I drive like a grandma. I haven’t even had a ticket since the early 2000s. I called the florida dmv to find out why and they told me because i didnt have “FLORIDA” car insurance( IN NOVEMBER!! ) I have always had coverage on my car. I asked her what I needed to do and she goes on to tell me that I need to surrender my car plates and then they would reinstate my license. I said “but i cant get new tags here until i get a drivers license here but you guys have it suspended, what am i supposed to do?” And she goes on to say in a smart ass way “im trying to tell you what you need to do!” I said how am I supposed to get to and from work? And she said with a rude tone “Well, you shouldn’t even be driving that car!!!” I said “ well how long will it take to reinstate when i sent the tags?” She pretty much told me a week or so. So i called state farm Here and spoke to Hannah. I explained to her what was going on and She said “ as a matter of fact you did have florida insurance coverage all the way until march! I will email you the paperwork” and she did!!! I put the information into floridas dmv website and it cleared everything as fast as a click of a button. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STATE FARM!!!

  I highly recommend this State Farm office! Meagan and the entire staff are always quick to answer any questions or concerns about my policy. About a month ago, I was involved in a vehicle accident, and they were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what I needed to do and guided me every step of the way during a stressful situation. Every time I call, someone answers with kindness, professionalism, and knowledge.
