Owner Jim Leach came out and indicated that I had to remove my climbing rose (which he thought was ivy ?!) even though it was trained on a trellis. Then he proceeded to start finding more things I'd have to do that the underwriter hadn't indicated were any problem. The girl at the office said the pic supplied by the underwriter showed ivy all over my house, so apparently they'd gotten an older pic from somewhere and not sent anyone to take new pics when I applied to them. They would never share the photo with me. When I reminded Jim to email the pic, he shrieked at me (and I do mean shrieked). I was stunned at the unprofessionalism.
