  Michael was so helpful. He had all the answers to my question right off the bat. He was ever so patient with me. I had done months of research on my own before I contacted him. He was very helpful in sorting thru the details with me. Without the type of “resource” Michael provided, I’m not sure how I would have navigated the insurance maze. Thank you!!!

  I was simply trying to help someone translate during a phone call with Val Lanauze, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. She was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping with the questions I was asking. In the middle of me speaking, she abruptly said she had to go and hung up the phone on me. I have never experienced such poor customer service and disrespect from someone in a professional position. It’s honestly concerning that someone with that attitude is representing your company.
