- CLchaquis Lopez6 days ago1.0I was simply trying to help someone translate during a phone call with Val Lanauze, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. She was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping with the questions I was asking. In the middle of me speaking, she abruptly said she had to go and hung up the phone on me. I have never experienced such poor customer service and disrespect from someone in a professional position. It’s honestly concerning that someone with that attitude is representing your company.

How much does health insurance cost?

What income counts for the tax credits?
We help you estimate your current year's household income. Not what you made in the past. You provide an estimate and receive a tax credit accordingly. The tax credits are then reconciled with your final income on the tax return later. The specific metric is called the Modified Adjusted Gross Income.
Which plan is best for me?
We’ll talk about your healthcare needs, as well as look up doctors and prescriptions with you. Again, income is a big factor. At lower income levels you get enhanced benefits on Silver plans. Generally, we recommend lower-cost plans that include things like doctor visits covered at a copay from day one.
What about Medicare Insurance?
