  I had some Issues with Free ways corprate offices. But Karyn got it squared away. And showed me how to never get forwarded to corprate ever again. So this 5 stars is for her. Not corprate. Thanks Karyn S

  The local Agents are good but once you sign up freeway insurance will make sure you never talk to them again. Your call go to incompetant people at the corprate office who are no help at all. Then they try to transfer you to a local agent and you get put on endless hold with awful music blasting in your ear until it towards to another incompetant corpate agent who can't do anything either because they aren't licenced for your type of insurance then they transfer you again while your trying ti explain to them what you want and send you to the wrong insurance company. My advice to you is steer clear of Freeway insurance they are awful and frustrating to deal with.
