    Thank you, Brenda for going above and beyond for me yesterday during my minor accident! Brenda walked me through each step of finding my policy number via the State Farm App, connecting me to the tow truck service, and following up to see if I needed further assistance. The next day, I sought her advice regarding if I should file a claim on this minor accident. She quickly conducted a deep dive into my collision policy comparing premium rates if I did file or decided to pay out of pocket! Thank you Brenda for your exemplary service and being there for me! .

    So glad we found this office when my daughter was moving to NC, the staff here is absolutely amazing!! They are so polite, caring and understanding. They actually treat you like family not just an account. So blessed to have Amanda and all the ladies there taking care of my girl.
