- MBMaryjane BurlesonJun 8, 20261.0We initially got our insurance with this company when Robby owned it as he was someone my mom knew well and liked. He was so easy to work with and friendly, and always offered incredible service. However, since he retired and Jackie took over, our experience has been torture. She is constantly belittling and unhelpful, and she goes out of her way to make our claims, questions, and complaints 1000x more difficult. I’m not sure what her damage is, but she has completely driven us away from this company. Whatever you do, do NOT get insurance with these people, especially if she’s going to be your agent.
