She helped us set up the homeowners insurance and explained all about how the wind and hail coverage/policy works here (we came from a state that didn’t have that). She has given us information about getting our new NC license and transferring the car insurance and getting tags. We’ve been with State Farm for over 30 years in another state and never moved outside the state before so it was important to find an agency that would focus on customer service! This agency has done that and every time I called or stopped by everyone has been super helpful and so nice!😊
